The organizations I have worked for have also ranged from large corporations doing over $20 billion in revenue to startups with only the owner as an employee and no existing revenue stream.
My experience has primarily been with organizational growth and increasing revenue. With roles that have included Regional President, Vice President of Business Development, and Sales Manager, I have developed an expertise in regards to the sales process. From initial market analysis to the contractual closing and staring new business, including all the steps in between. A strong sales process can make average sales professionals great and a weak sales process can weigh a great salesperson down.
I also believe sales professional performance does not happen accidentally but is a result of a functioning sales process and actively engaged sales leadership. I create true coaching cultures designed to outline the organizational definitions of success and hold sales professionals accountable while coaching them to exceed their potential.
I have launched numerous companies, introduced new products or services for established companies, entered new markets for existing organizations, and rapidly expanded markets, often achieving record growth or profits.
